The Harbour Development Project is already revitalising the Ōpōtiki district. Along with the burgeoning aquaculture industry and other projects (a commercial marina, upgrades at the wharf, training and education opportunities), the harbour provides a vital pathway to improve the economic and social wellbeing of our communities.
