Approved as part of the 2024-2034 Long Term Plan, our Ōpōtiki Waiotahe and Hukuwai toilet blocks are getting a much deserved refurbishment and renewal.
Both Hukuwai and Waiotahe toilet blocks will be closed from Tuesday 25 August for approximately 12 weeks.
This timeframe may change and is weather dependent.
- Hukuwai - will have portaloos onsite
- Waiotahe - is just 3.4km away from Ahiaua so users will need to travel there.
We appreciate that this will be an inconvenience for some and thank you for your patience and understanding as we get this much needed mahi done.
