Appointment recommendation for independent chair and committee member structure for Risk and Assurance Committee – The new council approved the reappointment of Philip Jones as the independent Chair of the Risk and Assurance Committee, the committee structure, and Terms of Reference for the 2025-2028 triennium.

The Risk and Assurance Committee Structure, Chair and Terms of Reference needed to be adopted at an Extraordinary Meeting as the committee has its first meeting on 17 November.

The full council governance structure for this triennium will be endorsed at the 18 November Ordinary Council meeting.
