We’re seeking a People & Culture Administrator superstar to join our vibrant, team-driven Council. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the role:
Reporting to the Manager People and Culture you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality HR support to the management team to ensure that all HR admin processes run smoothly and efficiently. No two days will be the same and your ability to thrive in a busy environment where you can put your multi-tasking skills along with impressive attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, e.g. employment agreements and variations, pre-employment checks, inductions, and training.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.
- Support HR programmes and initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
About you:
- Proven, strong experience in administration with HR experience is desirable.
- Positive personality with a real “can do” attitude to maintain professional relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a high work ethic.
