We have more happening back on Grant road for houses from the intersection of Grant and Woodlands Roads (northern end) to about halfway along Grant Road (around number 63). Residents have been informed that water is now off to allow contractors to complete additional work following yesterdays outage. All going well, the water supply should be back and running at 3pm today.

Water should be back up and working in all households now. Please run your tap for a little while if you need to and if you still have any issues please get in touch.

Things are looking good so far! A solution has been found and the contractors hope to have water flowing again by around 2:30. Thanks again for your patience.

The water should be back on for many properties and the issue has been isolated to the properties from the intersection of Grant and Woodlands Roads (northern end) to about halfway along Grant Road (around number 63).
If your water is back on, you may need to run it for a few moments until the water runs clear.
If your water is still off, please make sure your taps are turned off (to save a surprise if the water comes back on without notice).

There has been a break in the water main on Grants Road leading to a loss of water supply to parts of the Woodlands area.
We have staff and contractors on site and working on the issue and we'll update this page, Facebook and Antenno when we know more.
