About the role
People are at the centre of everything that you do. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people to support the growth of our organisation.
With responsibility for HR, H&S and Wellbeing and Organisational Culture, you will play a key role providing sound and timely advice to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring a high standard of HR / H&S practice. There is opportunity for growth in your areas of responsibility which will support growth in this team over time.
About you
You will be able to work effectively and independently across all groups of the organisation and enjoy brining a systems approach to the role. You will be pro-active in monitoring legislative requirements and obligations, be a strong communicator, and able to build successful relationships with internal and external customers, iwi and hapū and key stakeholders. - Graduate degree with relevance to HR and/or H&S
- Competent and proven knowledge of Employment Relations and Health and Safety legislation.
- Management or supervisory experience of at least 5 years
- High standard of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship and network building attributes
