As Ōpōtiki District Council has local government authority for the Ōpōtiki District, the Ōpōtiki Community Health Trust (OCHT) (as per their Trust Deed) has requested Council conduct a nomination process to appoint three new trustees to the OCHT.
The OCHT was established in 1996 for charitable purposes in the Ōpōtiki district's health sector.
The OCHT Committee meets in Ōpōtiki four times per year to consider applications for funding and scholarships. In this way, Trustees assist Ōpōtiki people and organisations to achieve their health objectives.
There are three positions available for community representatives. The term shall be three years from date of appointment.
If you would like to nominate someone to represent the community as a trustee on the OCHT committee, complete and return the nomination form available below or from our main office at 108 St John Street, Ōpōtiki.
Nominations close Thursday 30 November 2017 at 4.00pm.
