Providing visitor and business investment information and support

Supporting local and regional business growth and workforce development

Promotion of facilities and activities to increase visitors, including historic precinct development and Motu Trails cycleway.​

Provision of infrastructure; e.g. roads, water, stormwater, sewerage,  waste management, renewal of Opotiki Township wastewater reticulation network

Advocacy with and on behalf of Opotiki communities to central government

Continuing the partnership with Gisborne District Council, Whakatohea, DOC and Motu Trails Charitable Trust in maintaining and enhancing the Motu Trails cycleway.​
